San Angelo News Journal provides the Concho Valley community with up-to-date and pertinent news, sports updates, and insightful opinions. They also aim to establish an environment where community members can freely engage with local and state officials through events, encouraging significant discussions and involvement. Ryan Hernandez, founder of San Angelo News Journal is a San Angelo native who aims to keep the citizens of the Concho Valley informed about important matters such as city government and education. He holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Trinity University and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of North Texas. Hernandez's remarkable achievements include being selected as one of four ABC News Fellows out of 700 applicants, and working on ABC's 20/20. He has also interned for former Texas Speaker Joe Straus while in college, and has worked for prestigious news organizations such as CNN and Fox News.
